Define the job before the build

Plan for the day after launch
Access, testing, deployment, documentation and handover belong in the scope from the beginning. Ongoing hosting, support and maintenance are agreed separately, so responsibilities are clear.
Prototype or production build?
If the idea needs testing, start with a Product Prototype Sprint. If the need is established, we can discuss a custom build. A prototype is not a production system; the required reliability and safeguards shape the scope.
