Information you provide
If you submit an intake, we collect your name, email, client type, selected goal, timing, budget, and the questions and answers you submit. We use this information to respond, prepare for your consultation, and assess how we can help. Unsubmitted interview drafts stay in page memory and are cleared when the page reloads.
Booking a consultation
Calendly handles time selection and booking confirmation. When intake delivery is enabled, we save a submission reference, submission time and consent version, and match the brief to Calendly booking references, name, email, start time and status. A random reference is passed to Calendly; your full answers are not placed in the booking URL. We use the saved brief for internal intake notifications and pre-call emails. Zoom provides the meeting location.
Newsletter
If you opt in, we save your email, signup time, signup source, audience when provided, and consent version. Newsletter signup is separate from booking. To stop receiving updates, email hello@thinkforgelabs.ai with “Unsubscribe” in the subject.
Voice and meeting tools
Voice input is optional. The website’s current configuration uses browser speech recognition, which may process audio through your browser provider. We do not save raw interview audio in our intake database. The final text you choose to submit is included in your brief. Calendly and Zoom meeting, recording and notetaker features are separate services; review their notices and meeting prompts before participating.
Service providers and technical information
Cloudflare hosts the website and the configured signup and intake services. Calendly, Zoom and email providers process information needed for scheduling, meetings and communications. Google Fonts serves website fonts. These providers may receive technical information such as IP addresses and request details. Our signup and intake code uses IP addresses for rate limiting but does not store them in its database tables. Delivery records include job status, attempts, timestamps, provider message IDs and generic failure codes.
Referrals, careers and testimonials
When you email us a referral, application or testimonial, we receive the message and any attachments you send. Share another person’s contact details only with their permission. We use these messages to review and respond to your request. We will ask for approval of the quote and attribution before publishing a testimonial. Career applications submitted through the website are stored with the role, application answers, submission time, a reference ID and consent version. An internal notification is queued to hello@thinkforgelabs.ai. Applications are not newsletter subscriptions.
Storage and your choices
Submitted records and email correspondence remain in their relevant storage systems; this implementation does not yet have an automatic deletion schedule. You can email hello@thinkforgelabs.ai to request access, correction or deletion, ask a privacy question, or withdraw newsletter consent. We may need to verify your identity and consider applicable recordkeeping obligations. Provider-held records are also subject to their own policies.
