ThinkForge Labs is an AI-native management consultancy for founders, creators and early-stage teams. We connect strategy, brand, growth, product, people and systems to help teams decide what to build and put those decisions into practice.
Who we are
ThinkForge Labs was founded by Mansi Dhond and is operated by ThinkForge AI LLC. Our work brings business decisions and practical delivery together: understanding a customer, shaping an offer, building a prototype, improving a workflow or helping a team adopt a new way of working.

How we work
Start with a focused sprint, a specific challenge or an embedded engagement. We agree on scope and the decision or outcome the work is meant to support, then connect strategy with design, building and evaluation.
AI is part of how we work and what we help teams assess. The choice of tool follows the task, the available evidence and the consequences of getting it wrong.
