Turn your expertise into an offer worth testing.
Start with one customer group, one problem and one offer you can deliver. Audience size can help you reach people; it does not establish what they will pay for. This preview introduces the decisions in our Business Strategy for Creators guide.
Find the customer inside the audience
A hypothetical cooking creator might attract people seeking entertainment, quick dinner ideas and help feeding a family within a budget. Those are different needs. Choose one group and learn what they do today, where it fails and what they already spend time or money trying to fix.
A popular topic is a clue. Test the proposed offer with people who have the problem before investing in a full product.
Make the offer concrete
Describe who it serves, what they receive, the price, the delivery format and the limits. A workshop, workbook, service and subscription ask different things of you. Choose the format around the customer's need and your ability to deliver it.
Count delivery effort
Include preparation, support, revisions, fees and updates when evaluating an offer. Revenue alone cannot tell you whether it is worth repeating. Set a review date and decide what evidence would justify continuing, changing or stopping.
What is in the complete guide?
Business Strategy for Creators walks through audience selection, revenue options, offer design, pricing, a paid pilot and a review scorecard. The goal is a one-page plan for one test. Its examples and thresholds are illustrative, not income projections.

Can AI choose the business for you?
AI can help draft offer alternatives or organise anonymized audience questions. Check the output against what people actually said. Generated customer profiles are hypotheses; real conversations and purchase decisions supply different evidence.
